• Local: Analysis history is encrypted locally on your device.
• Cloud: Account data is stored in Firebase; credits in RevenueCat.
• Security: We use HTTPS, JWT authentication, and SHA256 hashing.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained until deletion. Idea submissions are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored after analysis is complete.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the App settings. This will:

• Remove your account from Firebase Authentication
• Delete your associated data from our systems

7.2 Local Data

You can clear your local analysis history at any time within the App.

7.3 Access and Portability

You may request a copy of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.

7.4 Opt-Out

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App. Some information may still be retained by our service providers as required for legal or operational purposes.

8. Children’s Privacy

IdeaStack is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries like the United States where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be notified within the App or via app store update notes.
